Описание: This video is part 2 of 3 of a our recorded Local SEO Sales Script. It's a continuation of a mock presentation to a locksmith. As mentioned, it's a reproduction of a prior real-world call that was successfully closed on the first call. In this part of the presentation, we turn to our Hyper - Local SEO reporting tool. This tool is unique in that it finds exact search volume in real-time for our customer's main keywords such as (locksmith, locksmith+city modifier, locksmith near me). And most importantly, it finds this search volume on a city by city basis for each of the cities within our customer's service area. Not only does it provide search volume, it also provides Cost Per Click by city and who the top competitors are in Maps, Organic and Paid.
Then, we plug this data into our Google Spreadsheet and after asking a few questions about average job value, margins and conversion ratios, we can instantly come up with lots of valuable insights on the fly that we share with the customer. In the next several screens we show the customer the search volume in his service area for his type of service and the value of top rankings in terms of what the potential traffic they'd generate would be valued at if they wanted to pay Google for it. We then take a look at the customer's current rankings in each of his service area cities so that we get a clear picture of his SEO success so far, we then show him his overall share of the free clicks available through search, so that he can evaluate the opportunity in terms of click value. Next, we go over a report of how he stacks up compared to the competition and which websites or local companies are generating the most top 3 rankings and getting the benefit of this free traffic. These are in essence the competitors to beat. And of course, we now move on to how we go about accomplishing this through SEO and building their location authority.
