Summary: 24v Axial Flux
The only part that is difficult to obtain is the 10 inch steel circular plate, and it requires machining which I had to ask a machine shop for help. I'm sure you are a hardcode DIYer because you have reached my channel so, with a grinder and some elbow grease, you can possibly create the rotor yourself, if not there is no shame contacting a machine shop. Always remember safety first so you can create more DIY stuff.

All the other parts can be ordered online which is why this build looks so DIY.
I think the 2nd time i'll built it, I'll try to make it more aesthetic haha.

Stator- 14 gauge Magnet wire, single strand 70 turns. 9 pcs following a 3 phase configuration.
Rotor - 10 inch steel plate, 6mm, 12 pcs 1x2x1/2 neodymium magnets, 2 sets
Other notable items:
2 pcs 1 inch internal diameter flange
1 inch diameter steel rod - 16 inch length
2 pcs 1 inch square bearing
Threaded rods and some nuts

Open Voltage/no load = 24 to 27 volts 260 rpm, hand cranked
Drill test with 12v battery load = 80 watts at 165 rpm
Drill test with 24v battery load =160 watts at 345-370+ rpm
