Most of us think that Shyness and introversion are the same things but Shyness is the fear of negative judgment, and introversion is a preference for quiet, stimulating environments.
Shyness is a big hurdle in the success of a person. Shy People usually struggle in life. Sometimes these people are super talented but because of their social anxiety they don't take any steps and miss a lot of opportunities in life. My next video will be for these people who want to be more social and get rid of their shy behavior. These people have a lot of insecurities and they think they are not good enough for other people or society.
