Hey guys, thought I would put these two homes together in a video as they are both great old examples of the style in Adelaide during the 30`s. Tudor came in late 20`s and took over from the Californian Bungalows but kept a very similar floor plan. The main differences though were the distinctly high pitch gable with various patters inside and also the distinct round veranda and gable pillars that set them apart from the square tapered ones from the bungalows.
Unfortunately both of these homes are now demolished in favor of ticky tacky little box homes.
