To make a fiberglass bumper, you can use the following steps as a guide:

Materials: fiberglass cloth, resin, catalyst, mold release, measuring cups, mixing sticks, gloves, sandpaper, filler, and a bumper mold.

Steps:
a. Prepare the mold by applying a release agent to prevent sticking.
b. Cut the fiberglass cloth into strips that are slightly larger than the mold.
c. Mix the resin and catalyst in the appropriate ratio.
d. Dip the strips of fiberglass cloth into the resin, making sure they are fully saturated.
e. Place the resin-covered strips into the mold, overlapping them slightly.
f. Repeat the layering process until you reach the desired thickness.
g. Allow the resin to cure completely.
h. Once cured, remove the fiberglass bumper from the mold and sand any rough edges.
i. Apply filler to any imperfections or rough spots, sanding until smooth.
j. Repeat the filler and sanding process until you are satisfied with the finish.

Note: It's important to follow proper safety precautions, such as wearing gloves and working in a well-ventilated area, as the resin can be toxic and cause skin irritation.
