Two attempts of the classic 5MD (5 Minute Drill) consisting of 50 Pullups + 100 Pushups on the same day. Must complete all 50 pullups first before you move on to the 100 pushups.
Scaling options:
5 Sets of 10 Pullups + 20 Pushups
10 Sets of 5 Pullups + 10 Pushups
