chole - 1 cup
cinnamon stick 1 no.
Black cardamom 1 no.
Green cardamom 3 nos.
cloves 3 nos.
Black peppercons 4-5 nos.
Bay leaf - 1
Carrom seeds - 1tsp
water - 1cup
Black tea leaves - 2tbsp (chai patti)
Oil - 3tbsp
Green chilies 2 nos.
Dry ginger Powder - 1tsp
Hing - 1/4tsp
Tomato Puree of 3-4 medium size
coriander powder - 1tbsp
Red chilly powder -1tbsp
dry mango powder 1 1/2tbsp (aamchur)
salt to taste
Garam Masala - 1tbsp
kasuri Methi - 1tbsp
coriander leaves
