The struggle to inherit leadership within the NPP post the Akufo-ADDO era has already begun. If this is not well managed, the NPP could be up for a crisis. The same situation occurred in 2005. In this analysis we re-produce a letter written by Akufo-ADDO 15 years ago but which seems golden as advice to the NPP today.
