Ingredients:

6-8 Granny Smith Apples
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tsp. Corn Starch
2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Brandy
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Nutmeg
1 Tsp. Allspice

Topping

1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
2 Cups Pumpkin Granola
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Allspice
1 Stick Butter
1/4 Tsp. Salt
Vanilla Ice Cream

Bake @ 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
