Aquarium Substrate Change or switch from Gravel to Sand Step by Step, Part02/02 Urdu/Hindi

Описание: Hello Friend, I am going to explain Aquarium Substrate | Change or switch from Gravel to Sand of my 90 gal (340L) (L=4 feet x H=2 Feet x W= 1.5 Feet) Cichlid Tank I filled gravel in it as substrate but later I felt that it need to do vacuum more nearly after every week also I check even after 1 day if I do vacuum there is waste in it so it can increase Nitrate level in tank. Cichlid also like digging in substrate but as gravels are big so sand is better choice for cichlids. Waste can not stick in sand as it was sticking in gravels so Nitrate level will also be less. 2nd Aquarium look like real after putting white sand & with black background. Must wash sand too much to remove its white mud otherwise it will make Aqua water cloudy then need to replace tank water many times. I have sump filter so there is no issue for me if sand will go into sump because it will be caught by sponges & can not reach filter pump, but if I use any other filter system then I have to think on it as if sand will go into water pump it can damage its impeller. As cichlid dig sand so waste can be trapped under sand which can produce some toxic gases in tank if waste will remain under sand for long time so need to move sand may be after week with hand or use any stick.

Waste from sand will not move towards filter intake so need proper water flow towards filter intake for that you need wave maker or any thing you can use which will throw water towards filter intake I found wave maker is best choice as it has less pressure but more flow also helpful to oxygenate water. In start I did not have wave maker so for testing purpose I have used power Head motor RS-3002 18 watt as it has more pressure so it make Aqua water dirty if I kept it running continue so I have used timer 1 Hr. OFF & 30 min ON. For 90 gal Tank I have installed RS-208A wave maker at top side near sump filter intake & RS-208A at bottom, as my tank is 18 inch wide so RS208A will work best due to its double nozzle, need to adjust bottom WM location to get max waste move towards filter intake, both are 12 watt & 6000 l/h flow, smaller than this will not work in above than 60 gal tank.
