In today’s video, I’m taking you through a glute- and quad-focused leg day, breaking down proper form, depth, and execution so you can train smarter and see real results. This workout combines heavy compounds, unilateral movements, and targeted isolation to build strength, shape, and muscle.
WORKOUT BREAKDOWN
• Dynamic leg warm-up
• hyper extension
• abduction
• Back squats (depth & form cues)
• Smith machine Bulgarian split squats
• Smith machine hip thrusts
• Leg extensions (straight + inward squeeze)
• Walking lunges (superset)
• Cable glute kickbacks (burnout finisher)
