The beat of The Drummer restaurant started this week as Elle and Miranda had their first mentoring session on how to bring this incredible concept to life. Miranda and Elle spent a few hours discussing what cultures or continents to highlight, how to showcase culture through music, art, dance and more as well as what kind of restaurant style to serve up for Australia.
The ladies are catching up weekly as they get ready to introduce this unique cultural showcase to the public, so check back often to hear how the plans are developing.
