How to make a Kumihimo braid with a heart pattern - what to do with your thread scraps

Описание: This is taken from one of my weekly Live Facebook Thursday Tutorial Time at 6pm. I have edited this video so that viewers are able to watch with the kumihimo the correct way around - as in the live, it was a mirror image.

Below is a list of materials required for the tutorial;
13 x 35cm lengths of main colour (1mm thick for using standard cone ends 6-7mm diameter or 1.5mm thick for 10mm diameter cone ends)
3 x 35cm lengths in second colour for hearts (same as above re thickness)
pair of cone ends
2 x head pins
4 x 4mm beads (optional)
lobster clasp & jump ring
For tassles use cone ends or glue ends.
E6000 glue (options)
kumihimo disc
tag tie
Tools; Chain nose, flat nose & round nose pliers.
