This strategy is giving my consistently faster times of around 10+ seconds than my older one. I changed the order in which I kill the last 4 bosses on waves 15/16 and killing summoner in lava for kraken :)

TIPS
on waves 17/18 I recommend killing demon lord before mech at the beginning
cupid on summoner is a must to keep from dying
as long as you have invis activated on huntress the kraken will not target your huntress
