Описание: The LBPS Skeely Piper competition was postponed earlier this year due to Covid. It was finally held during the LBPS 2021 Collogue at Old Gala House, Galashiels, on Saturday 30th October. Each year a different Skeely Piper theme is chosen, this year’s theme was tunes connected with Sir Walter Scott. Robert Porter took first place with the William Dixon setting of Jack Lattin. The judge was Hamish Moore.
