“When you move your Power BI and Excel files from one computer to another — say after downloading a SHEQXEL template — Power BI still looks for the old file path from the original computer. Since the path doesn’t exist on your new device, the link breaks.”

“Here’s how to fix it:
1️⃣ Open your Power BI file.
2️⃣ Go to the Home tab and click Transform Data.
3️⃣ Select Data Source Settings.
4️⃣ Choose the broken Excel source and click Change Source.
5️⃣ Browse and select the Excel file from your current folder.
