Session 2: ‘‘The Struggles of Digitisation” by Prof. Kamal Sharma, Faculty Member and Chairperson- Strategic Management, IIM Indore discussed policymaking in the digital era, focusing on socio-organizational tensions, stakeholder alignment, and the triad of people, technology, and organizations.
