3 Ingredients Marshmallow Fondant | Easy Recipe

Описание: This Marshmallow Fondant recipe is very easy to make specially for beginners. It only includes 3 ingredients

500g Marshmallows
5 to 6 cups Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsp of water

This recipe can cover up to two 7x4 cake or 8x4 xake with simple toppers.

You just have to microwave your mallows in 30secods at high temp in 3 times interval while mixing in between. Pour the melted mallows into the powdered sugar and start mixing and kneading until you form a dough. You will know if the fondant is ready and kneaded enough when it is firm to touch, smooth when rubbed, not sticky and breaks at 2 inches when stretched.

This fondant recipe is very stable and good under a chocolate ganache cake.
