Bacon Blue Cheese Smashed Burgers On The Flat Top Grill

Описание: To give my new Flat Top Grill a good workout I seared some Smashed Burgers filled with Blue Cheese crumbles, topped the finished patties with Bacon, and added a Horseradish Mayonnaise to finish off some fantastic burgers.

Blue Cheese Burger Ingredients

1 ½ lb 80/20 Ground Beef
5 TBSP Blue Cheese Crumbles

Horseradish Mayonnaise Ingredients

4 TBSP Mayonnaise
2 TBSP Prepared Horseradish
Cracked Black Pepper To Taste
