Описание: Article 20 of the Indian Constitution safeguards people who are accused. It provides protection to citizens, foreigners and legal persons. It provides protection from Ex-Post Facto Laws, against double Jeopardy and against self-incrimination. this article can not be suspected any time. It ensures that no person can be convicted for an act that was not under any law at the time of offensive act. No person can be punished more than the law prescribed when the crime was committed. No person can be punished twice for the same offensive act and No person can be compelled to be a witness against the offender. #offense
