How do you preferred cutting your cake? In Square proportions or traditional triangle wedges?
Personally, I think you can get more servings out of the square cuts like you see in my video here than the traditional triangle wedges.
I got a total of 22 smaller square servings out of this 3-layer 6” round cake.
.
Another important note is, this cake was still very cold even after getting thawed for an hour before cutting. Cakes taste the BEST after its reached room temperature. Cold cakes simply do not taste nearly as good. Keep that in mind when serving a cake to your guests.
