[  ] 1/2 Cup Sugar (125ml)
[  ] 3 tablespoon Butter/Margarine (45ml)
[  ] 2 1/2 tablespoon Apricot Jam (37.5ml)
[  ] 2 Eggs
[  ] 1 1/2 cups Flour
[  ] 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
[  ] 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
[  ] 160 ml Milk (125ml + 35ml)
[  ] 1 tablespoon Vanilla Essence
[  ] 1 teaspoon White Spirit Vinegar

Sauce
[  ] 3 tablespoon Butter/Margarine
[  ] 1 Rooibos Tea bag
[  ] Orange Peels
[  ] 70ml Water
[  ] 1/2 Cup sugar
[  ] 1/2 Cup milk or Fresh cream
