Homemade Golf Tees! This is Part 1 of my ambitious project to create custom golf tees right here in my garage. In this video, I take a solid block of aluminum and use my home CNC machine to precisely mill a two-part injection mold set.
Watch me tackle the challenges of CNC machining aluminum for injection molding—achieving a nice surface finish for the mold cavity and runners. This aluminum mold set is designed for my desktop injection molder machine, and in the next video, we'll be making the actual golf tees!
