I cover all chords first (8 of them). Then I briefly explain the song structure.
Next, I explain the finger picking in detail with diagrams. I explain the "three finger method", counting of the beats, plucking technique. The tutorial is made as "step by step" so it should be easy to follow by any level of players.
I then explain how to play the "Lick" and arpeggio pattern as option.
Then finally, I cover the song (play and sing). The song cover accompanies with LYRICS and CHORD diagrams in timely manner so it can be used as PLAY ALONG for practice.
As I'm not a good singer, my singing voice is processed with software. I appreciate your understanding.
