Winter Storm "Nemo" is on its way packing 60 mph winds and up to 3 feet of snow in some parts of New England. The blizzard will impact New York City and Boston the most with the NYC metro area receiving anywhere from 6" to 12" of snow and areas north of them with snowfall up to 20".
