This session is a brief overview of a range of topics relevant to the newbie Stand Up Paddleboarder who is thinking of paddling on open water and/or the sea. The session will cover:
Weather – interpreting the forecast and using this information to plan you paddle.
Tides – how these might affect your trip planning
Essential equipment – considerations for personal equipment and means of communication
Quiz:
I will also be using Kahoot for a fun quiz during each session, it is much easier if you have this downloaded to a separate device (such as a phone or tablet) so you can play while watching the meeting.
