I used to think restorative yoga was something I’d only do when I felt sick, exhausted or stressed—like an emergency reset button.
But then I learned that restorative yoga isn’t just for recovery days. It’s a powerful practice for maintaining balance, reducing nervous system overload, and improving sleep. So, even practicing once or twice a week can have profound effects, but daily practice—just 10–20 minutes—can create lasting calm and resilience. Like my daily legs up the wall!
