Today we are making home made ice cream, which can be a super food when made with this delicious recipe.
Recipe:
2 cups {500ml} of heavy whipping cream.
2 egg yolks.
2 tablespoons {30ml} of pure honey.
1 teaspoon of salt.
________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Ps. This ice cream can also be consumed when on the carnivore diet.
