This was a fun machine to check out on video. It is a smaller version of my professional popcorn maker, but pretty much the same mechanism, and method for making the popcorn. The Amish popcorn worked great and I thought it was cool that you could tell the two different colors ended up popping different colors as well.

This is one of the better popcorn poppers that I have tried on video. After it was heated up, it took about 2 minutes to get the full batch. It was crispy and not chewy which made it just like theater popcorn. I will probably keep this popcorn popper for larger group parties or bring it to movie nights for big batches of popcorn.

Parmesan Popcorn
1/2 cup popped popcorn
1 Tsp garlic powder
3 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 Tsp cracked pepper
1 Tsp sea salt
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
3 Tbsp heated olive oil

Combine all ingredients except oil in a bowl. Add the oil to the popcorn and mix it to coat the popcorn. Mix in the other ingredients in the bowl, or sprinkle on individual bowls to taste
