Calendly.com is a scheduling tool that helps cut out the back and forth when scheduling meetings with people. You can set up multiple meeting types and specify when they happen. You can also add team members and select availability for all people or when one person is available (One-on-one, Round robin, Collective, Group). I love this tool!

Time blocking helps to make sure you have time for various types of meetings. If I didn't create specific time chunks then my week would just be non-stop meetings. Instead, I create time buckets for admin work, prospect meetings, one-to-one meetings, and more.

I've connected my personal calendar as well because I keep business and personal separate, it helps me to see it that way visually and mentally.
