Whether you like them plain and tangy or stuffed with a sweet-and-spicy masala, this video covers both methods with easy step-by-step instructions!
Drying chilies is an ancient preservation technique. By soaking them in sour buttermilk or stuffing them with flavorful achar masala, we transform simple green chilies into a long-lasting treat that can be deep-fried whenever needed. These dried green chilies can be stored for 2|3 months at room temperature and for 12 months in Freeze in air tight Jar in both cases.

Ingredients for Plain Marcha Ni Sukavni:
• 2 tsp Salt, नमक
• ½ tsp Turmeric, हल्दी
• ½ Lemon, निम्बू
• 1 glass sour Buttermilk, खट्टी छाछ
• Dry under sun for 3-4 days OR Dry under Ceiling Fan & 1 day under sunlight.
Ingredients for Stuffed Marcha Ni Sukavni:
• 25 grams Readymade Achar Masala, रेડીમેડ આચાર મસાલા
• 50 grams Jaggery, गुड
• ½ Lemon, निम्बू
• Dry under sun for 5-6 days OR Dry under Ceiling Fan & 1 day under sunlight.
