Welcome to My First Chinese Words – Chapter 13!
In this lesson, we learn how to say body parts in Mandarin Chinese and practise using the sentence:
里面有什么？(lǐ miàn yǒu shén me?)
“What’s inside?”
🖐 Body Parts in This Lesson:
手 (shǒu) — hand
Measure word: 只 (zhī)
Example: 两只手 (liǎng zhī shǒu) — two hands
眼睛 (yǎn jing) — eyes
Measure word: 只 (zhī)
Example: 两只眼睛 (liǎng zhī yǎn jing) — two eyes
耳朵 (ěr duo) — ears
Measure word: 只 (zhī)
Example: 两只耳朵 (liǎng zhī ěr duo) — two ears
脚 (jiǎo) — foot
Measure word: 只 (zhī)
Example: 两只脚 (liǎng zhī jiǎo) — two feet
腿 (tuǐ) — leg
Measure word: 条 (tiáo)
Example: 两条腿 (liǎng tiáo tuǐ) — two legs
鼻子 (bí zi) — nose
Measure word: 个 (gè)
Example: 一个鼻子 (yí gè bí zi) — one nose
嘴巴 (zuǐ ba) — mouth
Measure word: 张 (zhāng)
Example: 一张嘴巴 (yì zhāng zuǐ ba) — one mouth
