Ingredients for crackers ✍️✍️
Flaxseed 1 cup
Chie seeds 1/2 cup
Sesame seed 4 T spoons
Sunflower seeds 4 T spoon
Pumpkin seeds 2 T spoon
Salt 1/2 t spoon
Paprika 1 t spoon
Turmeric 1 t spoon
Oregano 1 t spoon
Warm water 500 ml
Bake it in oven 30 minutes at 400’f or 200’c
Bake it in air fryer 15 minutes at 400’f or 200’c one side
Bake it other side for 5 minutes at 370’f or 180’c
Hummus avocado dip ✍️✍️
Can of chickpea
1 avocado
2 garlic cloves
Small bunch of cilantro
Half of fresh lemon
Tahini 2 T spoons
Olive oil 1/5 cup
Water 4 T spoons
Salt and black pepper
Paprika
