That’s when you can turn to a wide assortment of Redcat Racing option parts to customize or upgrade the Gen8. In this video, we focus on installing the Aluminum Transmission Case Housing. This option part set replaces the stock plastic parts. We’ll show you what tools you need and what parts need to be accessed to remove the stock parts. Then we illustrate how to properly install the new aluminum options. We’re also going to install the Steel Spur gear option and show you how to eliminate the slipper clutch in the process.
