Il video ha una piccola parte introduttiva sul principio di funzionamento dei carichi elettronici. Poi viene fatta una recensione dello strumento SIGLENT SDL1030X-E, che lavora fino a 300W di potenza, con illustrazione delle sue caratterisitche e test con un alimentatore da banco in tutte le modalità previste.
