The Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Biosustainability at DTU was established in 2011 to harness the power of microbial biotechnology for enabling the green transition. Since then the Center has become a world leader in the field of microbial cell factory developing methods and technologies for large scale production of natural products, sustainable foods and bio-chemicals.
In this video you get to go on a tour inside the Center to meet our fantastic research teams, see some of our many achievements, and experience our unique scientific contributions from the past 15 years. Contributions that set the basis for new chapters to be written by BRIGHT, the new Biotechnology Research Institute for the Green Transition.
