OK got stable glitch to work in Tumbleweed but I had to incure a heavier charge and had to shoot a poor horse to get a wanted level but it did work and I rode off on a Turkoman horse! All in video. In tumbleweed and van horn, you will have to shoot a person or a horse. A simple vandalism charge will not register like in Blackwater.
