CNC controlled vertical machining center for high production fabrication of doors, shower cubicles, display cases, cupboard doors, furnishing items, household appliances, windows for industrial vehicles, and structural facades. Vertigo can perform boring, countersinking and milling operations on a sheet of glass and can also carry out grinding and polishing operations on the edge of the sheet. Ideal for machining Monolithic, Laminated and LOW-E glasses.

The machine features CNC control of the glass drilling programs and graphic visualization of the programs. This machine combines the bright finishing of a straight edger with the squaring accuracy of a double edger, the versatility of a CNC center and the chipless drilling of a twin-head boring machine.

The machining center concentrates into one single system the ability for: Cupwheel edging and polishing with fixed and variable angles, glass sheet squaring, double-head drilling, notch & cut-out routing, edging & polishing of shaped elements and arrising and corner trimming.
