In February 2021, the UK Government launched a Duty to Protect initiative. This entailed a consultative process which encouraged feedback from a range of businesses and sectors, regarding how it might use legislation to enhance the protection of publicly available locations across the country from terror attacks, and to heighten organisational preparedness against such tragic events.
We are delighted to be speaking with Harry Salmon, Terrorism Underwriter at CFC and his colleague Alexander Beaton CFC’s K&R underwriter. In conversation with MBL Global’s Graeme Mackenzie, they discuss the likely impact of Martyn’s law on the terrorism and K&R markets as well as the increased threat level globally to these two markets.
