Ingredients:
Oil ... 50 ml
Jeera ... 1 tsp
Chopped garlic ... 1 tsp
Chopped ginger ... 1 tsp
Chopped chilli ... 1 tsp
Chopped onion ... 1 no
Fresh tomato Puree ... 1 cup
Soya chunks chopped ... 1 cup
Green peas... 1/2 cup
Haldi powder ... 1 tsp
Red chili powder ... 1 tsp
Coriander powder ... 1 tsp
Kasoori methi ... 1tsp
Kitchen King ... 1 tsp
Butter ... 1 tsp
Fresh cream ... 1 tbsp
Fresh cut coriander ... 1 tbsp
Potato ... 1 medium size
Oil ... 250 ml for deep frying
Method:
-Add oil in a pan add cumin seed along with ginger garlic and chilli
-Stir them till it gets brown then add chopped onion
-Cook it for a while after that u need to add tomato puree and then add all spices
-Cook them for few minutes on slow flame
-Now add soya chunks in chopped forms along with peas and stir it well
-Now add buttercream and fresh coriander and take it all in a serving bowl
-Now prepare fine julienne potato chips and deep fry it
-Top up your kheema dish with it
-Serve this dish with butter pav or any Indian bread
