The leader of the Lebanese-based terror organization Hezbollah said on Saturday that it was "inevitable" the group would retaliate for a string of recent attacks in Syria and Beirut it blames on Israel.

"There is no escape, all options are on the table," Hassan Nasrallah said in a televised speech carried by Hezbollah-affiliated broadcaster Al-Manar on Saturday.

"Israel should pay the price for the aggression, and all talk and threats will not stop the response."

In his remarks, Nasrallah said that the future attack would not occur on the "usual target of Sheeba farms" but deeper inside Israel.

Sheeba Farms is a small strip of disputed land at the intersection of the Lebanese-Syrian border and the Israeli-controlled Golan Heights spanning just over 6.5 miles.

He also claimed that "[Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu is looking for an excuse to attack Beirut, trying to create new equations on the ground and change the rules of the game."
