International Yoga Day is on 21st June. Owing to the pandemic, this year's theme is "Yoga with Family".
In the Indian context, fitness culture still has a long way to go. 65% of Indians still don't exercise! Individual fitness habits are crucial but we need sustainable and simple solutions to create a culture of fitness in India. Building a disciplined workout is not that difficult once we alter the way we approach it.
A lot of importance is laid on financial health - which of course is fundamental, but without a fit body and mind, half the finances would go in managing health.
Times are changing the world over, building a strong and sustainable fitness culture would ensure we as a nation are ready for the upcoming challenges.
