The city is truly a beauty. This was once Alexander Lukashenko's dream. And how local residents longed for good roads, new housing, and a higher quality of healthcare. It's trivial, so as not to envy Minsk. By signing the revised general plan in 2017, the President put the mayor under considerable pressure. The real deeds of those entrusted with high positions, and the people's reactions to them, are the very same impartial judge.

And now, on to the down-to-earth personnel. And the same objectives. There was a separate program for the southeast and for Mogilev itself. The anniversary (the city's 750th anniversary) and the arrival of guests for the Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia gave a positive boost. Much has been accomplished, of course, but that's no reason to relax. The global situation has shown what needs to be addressed first. Therefore, it's important to complete the regional hospital's cardiac surgery building within a year; a new outpatient clinic is needed. To reduce patient visits to healthcare facilities, a fitness center with a couple of swimming pools will be built.
