Maid of Honor Speech: Hamilton Style!

Описание: It's July 2020 - we've been in quarantine for 18+ weeks. We're going mad and, sure enough, Hamilton comes in to save the day with that Disney+ magic in a few short days. In celebration (and preparation), I've decided to share with you all a little Hamilton magic of my own.

I will preface that I really was not up for sharing this for a long time. If you knew me growing up, I performed my heart out, but that wasn't really my deal any longer. If you were at my wedding, you know I had no choice but to step back up to the plate (even 7 months pregnant...) and go for it as Maid of Honor at my sister's wedding to repay what Dannika blessed me with at our reception. It shouldn't be allowed to have to do something like this without a drink , just saying. Weeks of writing and editing led to my most nerve wracking solo ever (I've never had shaking hands like this, legitimately, never). It's not perfect nor is it a gorgeous rendition by any means, but it's full of love, laughs, and a few cuss words - fair warning.
