As an independent boutique gin producer Patient Wolf won the Trophy for Best London Dry Gin for its Summer Thyme Gin at the Cathay Pacific Hong Kong International Wine & Spirit Competition in 2019.
Today we're meeting up with Venue Manager Blake Hall to teach us all about Patient Wolf and making gin, including of course many tastings!
