You put the Tie Tool on two fingers of your hand, and then wrap the balloon rubber around the Tie Tool, maybe my fingers are too big and somehow it doesn't seem comfortable. Trying several balloons does not make the situation better.The good old way of using only your fingers is as fast or even faster.
