The 5 words I never want to hear from my wife

Описание: I often have good intentions and tell my wife “yep, I can do that.” And then the next day comes around. And the next.

Then, she brings it up again, frustrated, saying she will just take care of it. I immediately butt in that I’ll do it,
I got busy. But really, I just didn’t prioritize it.

And I noticed that if this occurs frequently, she’s not just upset about the task or chore, she feels unseen, disrespected, and pulls back because I broke that trust.

So I’m challenging myself: if I say I’m going to do a task, I’m not going to put it off. I’m going to do it then and there because it shows respect and love. Who’s with me?
