So I was WAY off in the video. The correct outer dimensions of this build are:
Width - 48"
Length - 60"
Height - 25"
Drawer dimensions
Width of Cavity - 24 1/2"
Width of Drawer - 23 1/4" (to accommodate drawer slides)
Length - 62 3/4"
Height - 4"

Total Material Build Cost - $467

Make sure to measure your van dimensions thoroughly as each make and model are unique. I do not have extensive carpentry experience and this build is not perfect, but is suiting my needs just fine. With a few modifications this general design could be used for camper van builds maximizing storage.
The Transit Connects are rated for around 1,000lbs weight capacity. Depending on the payload carried, you may opt for 1/2 ply over 3/4 but that will come at a durability cost. The screws will not hold as well and the counter sinking will have to be very precise. I recommend gluing everything in addition to the screws. It must set for 24 hours afterwards.
