The project involved a multi-phase application cycle, specifically designed to ensure:
Effective waterproofing of the roof;
Protection against moisture and water vapour;
Long-term durability, even on substrates subject to high mechanical stress;
Resistance to UV rays.

The applied system:
🔹 ECOIMPRIMER - water-based, VOC Free bituminous primer, ideal for levelling and consolidating the substrate, improving adhesion of the subsequent waterproofing layers.
🔹 COVERBLOCK 4 mm - vapour barrier with aluminium and glass reinforcement, designed to limit water vapour migration within the roofing build-up and prevent condensation beneath the insulation layer.
🔹 EXPERTA 300 4 mm - a bitumen-polymer membrane reinforced with polyester and fibreglass, ideal as an intermediate or base waterproofing layer in roofing systems. UV-resistant, thermally stable and highly flexible at low temperatures.
🔹 EXPERTA 300 MINERAL - a finishing bitumen-polymer membrane with stabilised polyester and fibreglass reinforcement. Suitable for discontinuous roofs subject to significant mechanical or thermal stress. It offers strong mechanical performance, good elongation at break, and excellent dimensional stability.
🔹 COVERBOND ANTIRADICE 4 mm - bitumen-polymer membrane with polyester and glass reinforcement, containing an anti-root additive, UV-resistant, thermally stable and flexible at low temperatures.
