1/4 cup celery
2 scallions chopped
2 pimento chopped
1/4 cup baby bell peppers chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp citrus seasoning or all-purpose seasoning
1/4 tsp Karibbean Flavours Turmeric
1 tsp Rajapuri 9 spice curry
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup roasted corn
1/2 cup cream corn
1/2 cup coconut milk / evaporated milk
1 cup corn meal
1 tbsp parm cheese
1/2 cup pepperjack cheese
1/2 cup cheese extra for topping
